   We are looking for Human Resources Business Partner located in Tire, to report to Human Resources Manager.

   JOB QUALIFICATIONS
*       Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or closely related field
*       Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment, orientation, training&development, performance management, etc)
*       Good command of English
*       Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
*       Excellent organizational and analytical skills
*       Strong communication and problem solving skills
*       Ability to prioritize the workload, strong attention to detail and effective time management
*       Male candidates must have completed their military service
*       Preferably residing or able to live in İzmir

 JOB DESCRIPTION
*       Managing recruitment&onboarding processes with relevant department
*       Taking role in employee's each step; training, development, performance management
*       Taking part in HR projects
*       Preparing and executing company regulations, procedures and HR policies
*       Focusing on employee engagement and creating actions plan
